1. The electronic zoom may be turned on, and it is also possible that the distance between the object being watched and the distance is too short to image.
2. First, pull the camera to wide angle. If the image is clear, it means that the focus mode is shot manually at a certain zoom position of the camera. Modify the focus mode to automatic to solve this problem.
Q: The camera image is red or green, and the camera's white balance parameters have changed?
1. Changed the camera parameters and entered the menu to reset the camera.
2. Enter the menu to find the white balance setting option and set it to automatic.
Q: Color-to-black and white cameras cannot be turned into black and white, or they can't go back to color to check whether the illumination is too high or too low. Turn the head to another angle to see if it will be normal. If it still does not work, reset the camera parameters.

Depends on whether the installation position is firm or not, and whether there is a vibrating machine or object next to it.
Second, control
Q: Can a single dome camera not be controlled with a keyboard or other control device?
First check if the 485 control line is properly connected to the specified position and the direction is correct. Then check whether the control protocol, baud rate, and address of the control device and the dome camera are the same. If you can't control whether the control equipment is faulty or the ball machine is faulty by testing with the exclusion method.
Q: Several ball machines can't be controlled together, and they can all be controlled normally.
It is possible that the 485 signal has reflections. It is recommended to connect a 120 ohm resistor to the 485 positive and negative control lines of the farthest dome.
Q: Can't rotate in one direction, other controls are normal?
In the absence of power, check whether there is a fault on the machine. If it can rotate normally, check whether the belt is broken or loose. If it is still normal, you can judge whether the control decoder board is faulty.
Q: After the dome is powered on, it will automatically turn.
Check whether the energization mode in the menu is set to the auto scan mode; if it is not set, disconnect the 485 control line first and observe whether there will be such a situation. If the rotation stops, it can be judged as a garbled code sent by the controller or a 485 communication line. There is interference.
Q: You can use the keyboard or control software provided by our company to control, but can't control or only control some functions with DVR?
The control protocol of the DVR is not compatible with the control protocol of our company or the function is not complete.
Q: Why are the speeds of different DVRs different when using the same dome?
The control software for the DVR has variable speed command codes.
Q: Why can't the DVR be used to control the speed of the dome?
The PTZ control command code for the control software on the DVR has only one fixed speed.
Q: Is it normal for the dome camera to turn around after turning on the power, and the image becomes black or white?
Communication line 485 has interference, check the equipment on the line such as optical transceivers.
Q: The dome can be controlled normally in the morning and at night, but it cannot be controlled at noon in summer.
It may be that the high temperature environment will cause the reduction of the anti-interference ability of the control circuit, or the control device and the dome machine will cause the failure of the communication chip parameters. Check if the working environment temperature of the dome camera exceeds the specified working temperature of the dome camera, and check whether the cooling fan can work normally.
Q: After the ball machine power on non-stop self-test?
The power supply voltage is too low or the power is not enough. It is recommended to use the company's supporting special transformers or use AC24V transformers of more than 2.5A. The recommended installation distance is less than 30 meters from the ball machine and the wire diameter is 1 square millimeter.
