In order to prevent and cure these two diseases, in the late 1980s and early 1990s, China introduced the amide fungicides such as anti-virus cockroaches after the first batch of substituted benzene fungicides, metalaxyl and radome. Because of its remarkable protective and therapeutic effects, this drug has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of downy mildew and disease, and has played an important role in production.

However, it should be pointed out that this kind of fungicide has a single action site, and once the action site changes, it will inevitably lead to the resistance of the bacteria.

For a long time, cases of reduced drug efficacy due to drug resistance have been common. Production practice shows that in some traditional vegetable producing areas, the resistance of pathogenic bacteria is strong, the use ratio of fungicides is decreasing day by day (currently dropped to 200-300 times), not only the cost of prevention is greatly improved, but also the control effect is also from the initial stage. 70% to 80% dropped to the current 30% to 40%. Therefore, many experts suggest that while comprehensive prevention and control work should be done comprehensively, it is necessary to scientifically select new types of pesticides and use them alternately during prevention and treatment. In view of the above situation, here are two kinds of environmentally friendly excellent fungicides for controlling downy mildew and epidemic diseases to be recommended to farmers.

First, Anke.

Anke is produced by BASF, Germany, and its dosage form is 20% dry suspending agent. In 2000, it was recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture for the treatment of downy mildew and disease. The drug has three functions of prevention and treatment: one is the preventive function to prevent the invasion of the bacteria; the other is the therapeutic function, which can infiltrate the plant tissue to kill the pathogen; the third is the anti-spore production function, preventing the spore formation of the pathogen and avoiding the re-infiltration of the plant. Anke has good dispersibility, strong osmotic effect, and is resistant to rain. It is not affected by rain after one hour of application. The effective period is 7 to 10 days, which can quickly kill bacteria that are resistant to other fungicides. The use ratio is 2500-3000, which can be widely used in crops such as melons, tomatoes, tobacco, potatoes, leafy vegetables, and beans.

Second, Kejia.

Kejia is a pesticide produced by Japan Ishihara Industry Co., Ltd. The dosage form is 10% suspension, which has good control effect on downy mildew and epidemic disease. The drug has high biological activity and the use ratio is 2500-3000, which can hinder the development of pathogenic bacteria at various growth stages, and is a super-protective fungicide. Its chemical structure is unique (cyanoimidazole), its action site is different from other fungicides, and it can effectively prevent the pathogens that have developed resistance to commonly used fungicides such as kelu, antivirus cockroach and metalaxyl. It can be used for up to 10 to 14 days. It is safe for crops and can be mixed with a variety of pesticides. It is not afraid of rain after application. It is commendable that the product is slightly toxic, does not harm beneficial organisms such as bees and grasshoppers, and is an environmentally friendly green pesticide for ecological environment safety.
