After the underground part of the project or the concrete strength of the basement roof has reached the design strength, sand or soil filling, and the working face of the pull-out steel is given up, the H-shaped steel is removed. Under normal circumstances, a 25t car crane is planned to be used for starting H-shaped steel in this project and equipped with a Dongyi hydraulic pile puller (model: PM300LS).
⑵. Construction procedures
Level the site → Install hydraulic pile puller → Crane in place → Steel pull out → Pore filling
⑶, level the venue
A. Before pulling out H-shaped steel, soil cleaning work must be carried out on the top ring beam to ensure the vertical, stable and stable placement of the hydraulic pile puller.
B. Clean the objects on the working surface, and the lifting steel of the crane should be subject to the 25-ton crane.
C. According to the actual situation of this project, please actively cooperate and leave enough operating surfaces and channels.

Place the hydraulic pile puller (model: PM300LS) smoothly on the top ring beam, and lift the H steel lifting frame with a crane on both sides of the H steel to be pulled out. 
⑸. Removal of steel
Turn on the high-pressure oil pump, and the two pile pullers are lifted upwards at the same time, and pull up the beam part of the puller.
⑹, pore filling
In order to avoid the impact of the gaps after pulling out the H-shaped steel on surrounding residential buildings and other buildings, the H-shaped steel must be filled with injected cement slurry after pulling out.
