Abstract Based on the interface infiltration theory and interface bonding theory analysis, this paper discusses a mixing process and its mechanism that may improve the surface interface properties between the abrasive and the bonding resin, improve the bonding ability and improve the grinding performance of the grinding wheel. The abrasive was treated by heating, vacuuming, etc., and the clean surface was obtained. The results of the cutting test results of the grinding wheel were processed by orthogonal test and analysis of variance. The results show that both vacuuming and heating can improve the grinding of the grinding wheel. Performance, vacuuming has a more significant effect on improving the grinding performance of the grinding wheel. By vacuuming and heating, the surface-interface properties between the abrasive and the binder resin can be improved, the bonding ability can be improved, and the grinding performance of the grinding wheel can be improved.
