According to the announcement, the “G7 Ingot Furnace Development” project uses the ingot thermal field independently designed and developed by the company, and successfully produced 1200 kg of weight with a size of 1152mm*1152mm*390mm using directional solidification growth technology, and can cut 7*7 total. 49 pieces of G7 polysilicon ingots of 156mm*156mm small square ingots. The polycrystalline silicon ingot has a complete appearance without defects such as missing corners and cracks. It has met the design requirements (industry level standard) from appearance, and proves that the company independently developed G7 polycrystal ingot. Furnace technology has matured and is the first G7 polysilicon ingot product successfully developed at home and abroad. It has updated the company’s first record of successful G6 polycrystalline silicon ingot casting, further expanding the existing G6 ingot casting furnace and ingot casting. Beijing Express said that the project provides a feasible technical route and plan for continuing to reduce the production cost of solar cell wafers. This also marks the company's ingot casting equipment and ingot technology continue to maintain the international advanced level. At the same time, it was announced that at present, the company's G7 polysilicon ingot casting product has not yet entered the stage of industrialization, nor has it contributed to the company’s performance.
