CH3093 type Carbon Deoxidizer directly deoxidized by combustion method,
the heating temperature under 260 ℃ ~ 320 ℃ condition, oxygen content
can be 0.1% ~ 0.2% of nitrogen gas through CH3093 heating combustion
type carbon deoxidizer, make nitrogen oxygen and deoxidizer carbon
oxidation (burning) generated containing trace amounts of carbon dioxide
(< 1 PPM/M3) of high purity nitrogen (99.9995%).
CH3093 type carbon deoxidizer is applicable to the inert gas such as nitrogen type burning without hydrogenation corrosion in deoxidizer, can make the oxygen content (0.1%), nitrogen carrier gas through the carbon deoxidizer, purification processing device of purification CH3093 type carbon deoxidizer furnished without hydrogen, it not only high deoxidization depth (residual O2 1 PPM or less), great capacity of DNA (1.2 ~ 1.6 M3), and easy operation, reliable in performance.
Its characteristics require regular addition of deoxidizer.
