The backwash condition automatically starts backwashing with an adjustable time or differential pressure signal. The backwash valve changes the flow of water in the filter unit, the disk is topped off, and small pores in the filtration process are opened. The nozzle located at the center of the filter core sprays water along the tangent line to rotate the disk. Under the action of the water flow and the high-speed rotation of the disk, the solid matter trapped on the disk is washed out. The piston then lowers the disk again and returns to the filtered state.
In the working state filtration process, the filter discs are pressed together under the action of the spring force and the hydraulic force. When the water containing impurities passes, the large diameter particles and the coarse fibers are directly intercepted (ie, the surface is filtered). The relatively small particles and fibers enter the interior of the disk along the grooved holes, and the pores gradually decrease along the path, so that the fine particles and the fibers are respectively intercepted on the way of each channel (that is, depth filtration).
