INA thin-wall bearings are a specialized type of bearing designed for applications where space is limited but high precision and load capacity are essential. These bearings are known for their quiet operation, high accuracy, and ability to support heavy loads. They are typically categorized into three main types: deep groove ball bearings, four-point contact bearings, and angular contact ball bearings. What sets INA thin-wall bearings apart from conventional bearings is their unique design—specifically, the cross-section of the inner and outer rings remains constant, even when the shaft diameter or bore size increases. This feature is referred to as "constant section" (CS), making them ideal for applications where maintaining a consistent structural profile is crucial. Because of this design, it's possible to use a larger cross-section without increasing the shaft diameter, allowing for greater load capacity while saving space. These bearings are extremely lightweight and compact, which makes them particularly suitable for use in precision machinery, automotive systems, and other applications requiring tight tolerances. Deep groove ball bearings (C series) are capable of handling both radial and axial loads in either direction. Four-point contact bearings (X series) also support bidirectional axial and radial loads, functioning similarly to double-row angular contact bearings. Angular contact ball bearings (E series) have a 30° contact angle, enabling them to handle higher radial loads and unidirectional axial loads more effectively than other types. Moreover, angular contact bearings can be paired to enhance rigidity and load capacity. When used in pairs, they provide superior performance compared to single bearings, especially in high-speed and high-precision applications.
