The new "Standards" for all levels of the army's various types of units, office offices, collective dormitory, style room, apartment housing, hospitality room, public living room, professional room, team supplies, equipment storehouse and cannon Twelve decoration and equipment allocation standards for all 9 types of barracks, such as the Treasury, are clearly defined one by one to facilitate unified reference by the entire military and avoid any problems. The requirements for materials should be economical, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. For example, in combination with combat readiness and practical life, it is required that the floor of the collective dormitory be laid with emphasis on non-slip, and cement mortar or terrazzo materials should be used preferentially, and floor tiles cannot be used.

The new "standard" is integrated into the building elements of our modern barracks. In order to meet the application requirements under the military's information conditions, new integrated wiring, network communication interfaces, security and electromagnetic shielding facilities, and water and electrical heating electronic metering devices have been added. At the same time, more emphasis has been placed on energy conservation and environmental protection, and outdated materials have been eliminated. For example, it is stipulated that no windows are used in the barracks outside the barracks. It is understood that this standard is the basic basis for the implementation of barracks building decoration and equipment allocation by our military organization. It is mandatory and normative, and the Chinese People's Armed Forces Army has simultaneously implemented it.
