3) Solving the difficult requirements in conventional machining, such as the stirring magnetic ring in the graphite emulsion pump, the precision is very high, and it is a ring-shaped part composed of a plurality of magnetic steels with N and S poles interdigitated. Since the magnetic steel cannot be magnetized after combination, each magnet must be separately magnetized, and the magnetization cannot be excessively processed after the combination, otherwise the magnetic properties will be greatly reduced. The magnetic steel has high hardness and is difficult to process. It cannot be solved by conventional mechanical processing. 4) Expanding the scope of repair and bonding with other technologies, taking advantage of the length and complement each other, can fully utilize the characteristics of various technologies and expand the scope of repair. Such as: large cylinder liner or deep strain on the piston, can be filled with TG205 wear-resistant repair agent, and then coated with TG918 conductive repair agent, and finally brushed metal layer on the conductive repair agent by brush plating.
