Explosion-proof equipment basic requirements:

3. When the equipment is in operation, it should not be damaged by external forces. There should be no phenomenon of tilting and friction of components. The sound is normal and the vibration value must not exceed the regulations. 4. All kinds of explosion-proof motors are not allowed to start frequently. During operation, the surface temperature of the motor bearings should be checked regularly, and the specified oil quantity should be maintained. The temperature must not exceed the requirements.
5. Check that the fixing screws of all parts of the housing must not be loosened.
6. Check that the enclosure of the device is free from cracks and mechanical deformation that impairs the explosion-proof performance. The cable entry device shall be closed and reliable, and unused wire holes shall be used for steel plates 7 with a thickness not less than 2 mm. Check whether the explosion-proof lighting fixtures maintain their explosion-proof structure and integrity of the protection cover as required, and check that the surface temperature of the lighting fixtures must not exceed the specified value of the product.
8. When the following conditions occur during the operation of the electrical equipment, the operator may take emergency measures to stop the machine and notify the electrical repair shop personnel to check and dispose.
