It is equipped with an automatic setting function so no human intervention or offline calibration is required. The pellets in MoistureMeter were measured online every 2 seconds. Thanks to dual control (at the hopper inlet and outlet), the MoistureMeterManager automatically corrects drying parameters, resulting in significant energy efficiency and product quality. The system provides a pellet quality report that can be set up according to specific requirements, such as a piece-by-piece report or a regular setting of 10-30 minutes or hours as needed. The system uses exclusive Power-Peak technology to precisely control the residual moisture of the plastic pellets, which verifies the completion of the process according to predetermined limits. MoistureMeterManager is self-adaptive, so the system is fully compliant with the Smart Factory Project 4.0 concept for MOWIS (MorettoObjectWindows Integrated Supervisor).
