In recent years, the Yunnan Provincial Fire Corps has prioritized the development and enhancement of firefighting equipment as a core initiative. Focused on implementing the "Public Fire-fighting Force Equipment Development Plan for 2009–2011," the corps has made significant progress in achieving standardized equipment allocation, improved management systems, and more efficient technical support. By increasing investments, optimizing the structure of equipment, and enhancing team professionalism, the overall strength of fire equipment has been greatly strengthened, enabling better responses to various disaster scenarios. One of the key steps in this process has been improving measures to achieve breakthroughs in equipment construction. The Yunnan Fire Brigade focused on developing specialized equipment and strengthening combat support capabilities. Through centralized procurement and structural optimization, they have made notable advancements. Utilizing the "one center and three cooperation zones" system, the team secured over 90 million yuan in funding to establish three combat support teams in Kunming, Dali, and Honghe. These efforts helped form a comprehensive security system centered around Yizhong and Daixi. A total of 48 specialized vehicles and 16,036 pieces of equipment were deployed, supported by additional supplies from social partners, including 58 tons of extinguishing agents. This infrastructure was tested during major incidents like the Dehong earthquake and the Gongshan debris flow, proving its effectiveness. Another important step was upgrading the equipment management system. The corps treated equipment development as a government priority, ensuring it was included in annual fire safety targets with strict assessments and accountability. Over eight consecutive years, 160 million yuan was invested in grassroots equipment improvements. At least 30% of business funds were allocated for equipment, and the province integrated equipment plans into its "12th Five-Year Development Plan." A total of 866.3 million yuan was invested to enhance equipment, and maintenance efforts were intensified. Last year alone, 178 technical inspections and 5,694 pieces of equipment were maintained, significantly improving management standards. Finally, the Yunnan Fire Corps seized opportunities to implement the three-year plan effectively. Led by a dedicated team, they developed the "Three-Year Plan for the Construction and Development of Yunnan Public Security Fire Fighting Forces." With support from provincial, city, and county levels, they secured 336 million yuan in joint investments. In 2011, the provincial government allocated 170 million yuan to purchase advanced equipment, including 76 high-rated fire engines and over 50,000 units of gear. Over three years, the province invested 815 million yuan in vehicle and equipment development, acquiring 457 types of fire trucks and equipping more than 70,000 units. New technologies such as vortex sprayers, foam cars, and powerful arm-breaking vehicles were introduced, significantly boosting combat readiness. This article is organized by China Rescue Equipment.

Universal Arc Brick

Low porosity clay bricks are made of ruby, mullite and combined clay as the main raw materials, molded under high pressure and sintered at high temperature. The product has excellent high temperature Physical properties and chemical corrosion resistance. Low porosity clay bricks have good stability, the degree of erosion does not occur sudden change, than ordinary clay bricks use cycle increased 2-3 times. Thermal conductivity, specific heat and solubility, respectively, than ordinary clay bricks 2 times higher than 10% and 40%, heat storage capacity than ordinary clay bricks higher than 50% -60%, can improve the thermal efficiency of the kiln.
