To address these issues, it is essential to identify the root cause of each problem and perform the necessary repairs. Regular maintenance should be carried out with strict attention to quality control to prevent future failures. Ensuring proper installation, consistent alignment, and adequate lubrication are key to maintaining the efficient operation of the grate system. It is also important to inspect for any foreign materials in the coal and replace damaged components promptly to avoid unexpected downtime.
